A – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Evening appointments are available.
Q – Why are there no prices listed on your website?
A – As our products are manufactured uniquely for you, price is dependent on the window dimensions and price tier of the fabric or product you select. Pricing will be discussed during your free consultation.
Q – How long do design consultations take?
A – This is largely dependent on the number of blinds or shutters you are looking for, although a standard appointment would take approximately 30-45 minutes.
Q – Before fitting, would it be expected that the current blinds or shutters are removed?
A – No, this is not necessary. We are happy to remove the current window dressings before installing the new ones.
Q – Is there any charge for the consultation or fitting?
A – No, both the design consultation, and fitting are free of charge.
